We’ve prepared a simple tutorial for you, so there is no need for a learning curve when you invest. You can invest whenever you want, even starting from a few tens of euros.

WHEN
SHOULD I INVEST

Currently you can invest in the EfTEN United Property Fund through the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.

Below you can find a guide on how to invest in the EfTEN United Property Fund units upon the continuation of the public offering.

Investment Account Info

To invest in the EfTEN United Property Fund select a bank where you already have or where you plan to open a securities account.

LHV

If you are a customer of LHV Bank, this is your guide on how to invest in the EfTEN United Property Fund:
1. Log into LHV internet bank (LHV)
2. From the side-menu choose „Investing“
3. Find the sub-category „Share subscription“
4. Choose the correct account
5. From the “Security” drop-down menu, find “EfTEN United Property Fund”
6. Insert the number of the fund units you wish to invest in
7. Click „Preview“ and make sure everything is correct
8. Click “Accept”
9. Congratulations! You are now an investor in the EfTEN United Property Fund
LHV

Swedbank

If you are a customer of Swedbank, this is your guide on how to invest in the EfTEN United Property Fund:
1. Follow the Swedbank Corporate Actions, Offers link: Corporate actions, Offers – Swedbank
2. Log into Swedbank internet bank
3. You will be directed to the page “Corporate Actions, Offers”
4. Select from Securities list EfTEN United Property Fund
5. Insert the number of the fund units you wish to invest in
6. Click „Review“ and make sure everything is correct
7. Click „Submit order“
8. Congratulations! You’re now an investor in the EfTEN United Property Fund.
Swedbank

SEB

If you are a customer of the SEB, this is your guide on how to invest in the EfTEN United Property Fund:
  1. Log into SEB internet bank
  2. Select from menu “Investments”
  3. Select from menu “Stocks and ETFs”
  4. Type “EfTEN United” in search
  5. Choose “EfTEN United Property Fund”
  6. Click “Buy”
  7. Insert the number of fund units you wish to purchase invest in and price (10,65)
  8. Click “Continue”
  9. Click “Confirm”

Congratulations! You’re now an investor in the EfTEN United Property Fund.

SEB

Luminor

If you are a customer of Luminor, send a message through internet bank about your wish to invest in. The banker will then assist you in filling in the subscription order.
You can also purchase fund units through:
  1. Luminor branch office
  2. Luminor private banking account manager
Tell your banker that you wish to invest in the EfTEN United Property Fund and the amount in euros you wish to invest.
